1.1 These rules ("the Brand Rules") apply to any person ("User") who has access to The Football League Brand Site at http://brand.football-league.co.uk ("the Brand Site"). The Brand Site contains information and tools to create powerful on-brand Football League communications ("the Information").
1.2 By using the Brand Site and accessing the Information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of these Brand Site Rules. The Brand Site Rules apply on every occasion that the Brand Site is accessed by a User.
1.3 Any guidance or stipulation set out within the body of the Brand Site relating to the access to or use of any of the Information shall also be deemed to be part of the Brand Rules and any use of Information shall at all times comply with the same.
2.1 The Information contains content which is the intellectual property of The Football League ("FL") and its partners. Each User is permitted to store, manipulate, analyse, reformat, print and display the Information only for use in the ordinary course of his or her duties as a director, employee or representative of a FL football club or a partner, media partner or licensee of the FL expressly authorised to enter the Brand Site. Any other copying, republication or redistribution of the Information is expressly prohibited.

4.1 While reasonable efforts are taken to ensure that the Information is accurate, the FL makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Information. The FL will not be liable to any User or anyone else for interruption, inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in the Information, or for any damages resulting therefrom.
5.1 In order to access the Brand Site, the User will need a personal username and password, which will be supplied by the FL. You must not use a username which has been given to another User, nor should you disclose your password to another User.
5.2 You hereby acknowledge that your access to the Brand Site may be terminated by the FL at any time without notice.

7.1 Please take all necessary steps to ensure that none of the Information is visible to, or capable of being overlooked by, anyone else when you are using the Brand Site.
7.2 Please do not leave your computer or other communications device through which you access the Brand Site unattended while you are using the Brand Site.
7.3 Please ensure that you log-out of the Brand Site promptly when you have finished using it.
7.4 For reasons of security, User access to and activity on the Brand Site may be monitored.
7.5 The Brand Site will be open for 24 hours a day until further notice and will be available for use, without prior appointment, seven days a week.
8.1 If you have any questions relating to usernames, passwords or the operation and navigation of the Brand Site generally, please e-mail brand@football-league.co.uk in the first instance.
9.1 It is the responsibility of each user to ensure all information is used correctly and not altered in any way without the prior approval of the FL.

10.1 Each User is asked to provide data to the FL, some of which are personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 2000). These personal data will only be used by the FL to enable the relevant User to access the Brand Site and occasionally to communicate regarding the Brand Site. The FL will process those personal data until such time as there is no further need to maintain the Information for the Brand Site. At that stage, the personal data about Users and any other data provided by Users will be deleted.
